• Manufacturing of Plastic Parts for Agricultural Machinery: We specialize in producing interior and exterior plastic functional parts applied to various agricultural machines such as tractors, combines, and rice transplanters. Considering the characteristics of agricultural machinery used outdoors for long periods, we apply materials with excellent impact resistance and weather resistance. We have established a small-batch, high-mix production system to respond quickly to the various specification requirements of our clients.
• One-stop Service for Mold Design and Product Development: We support the entire process from 3D scanning and mockup sample production at the new product planning stage to precision mold design, manufacturing, and mass production of finished products. Based on the client's drawings and design data, we design optimized injection molding methods to maximize production yield. Through our in-house mold development capabilities, we shorten development periods and stably deliver high-quality products.
• Manufacturing of Water Treatment Filter and Cooling System Parts: We manufacture high-precision filter parts required for industrial reverse osmosis (RO), microfiltration (MF), and ultrafiltration (UF) water treatment facilities. We also supply cooling system product lines such as viscous fans, cooling fans, and fan clutches that are responsible for engine cooling efficiency in industrial equipment and vehicles. We manage the process to maintain strict airtightness and dimensional precision, ensuring high durability.

• Agricultural Machinery Injection Molded Parts: These are functional parts required for agricultural machinery in general, such as covers for tractors and rice transplanters, levers, combine exterior parts, and oil filler caps. They are manufactured through rigorous strength tests to withstand vibration, ultraviolet rays, and chemical fertilizers. We provide uniform quality and precise assembly through a stable injection process.
• Engine Cooling System Parts: These are viscous fan clutches and cooling fan product lines by specification that control the heat of industrial equipment and agricultural machinery engines. They are aerodynamically designed to provide optimal airflow according to engine rotation speed and temperature changes. We mass-produce and supply highly reliable parts that have passed vibration balancing and heat resistance tests.
• Water Treatment Filter Parts and Safety Supplies: These are industrial product lines such as filter structural parts for RO/MF/UF used in water treatment filtration systems and plastic safety steps. As the work mainly consists of operating injection molding machines, inspecting the appearance of finished products, and assembly processes, wearing safety gear and following on-site safety rules are very important when working with high-temperature injection equipment. Since we handle a wide variety of small-batch parts, meticulousness in carefully checking part numbers and inspection items on work orders is required.
