Business Areas

• Manufacturing of paper angles and protective materials: We produce paper angles and corner protective materials that prevent corner damage during logistics transportation by compressing and molding multiple layers of high-strength paper. As an eco-friendly cushioning material that can replace wood or plastic reinforcements, we perform custom processing according to various specifications.
• Production of compressed paper pallets and heavy-duty boxes: We produce high-strength compressed paper pallets and export-use heavy-duty packaging boxes that are lighter than wooden pallets, resulting in significant logistics cost savings. Through high-compression technology, they are designed to withstand high loads, supporting safe logistics loading and transportation.

Products

• High-strength paper angle (edge protector): An L-shaped corner protection material made by compressing and molding multiple layers of base paper, which protects products from binding pressure and external impact. It is essentially used for packaging and binding in various industrial fields such as stone, furniture, home appliances, and windows/doors.
• Compressed reinforced paper pallet: An eco-friendly logistics pallet made sturdily by compressing high-strength paper. Its light weight is advantageous for reducing air and export logistics transportation costs, and it also features waterproof and multi-stacking capabilities.
• Circular and corner protection angle: A protective material to prevent damage and dents to corners during product transportation and handling. It is widely used for external reinforcement and internal strength reinforcement of construction materials, furniture, and large home appliances.

Special Notes

• Systematic large-scale factory facilities and latest equipment: We have built three production factory buildings on an 800-pyeong site and operate the latest compression and precision cutting equipment. Through a systematic production line, we maintain stable quality and yield from raw materials to finished products.
• Customer-tailored custom production and rapid supply: We flexibly manufacture products by adjusting thickness, width, and length according to the customer's packaging environment and required specifications. Based on our direct factory operation system, we realize rapid quote responses and adherence to delivery deadlines.

💡 A Word from JOBPLOY
Sangjin Industry Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer that produces paper angles and pallets for logistics packaging. Work mainly consists of machine operation and production process assistance, such as raw paper input, compression molding, cutting, and stacking. Due to the nature of paper compression materials, tasks involving moving products or cutting them to specifications are involved, so it is important to wear safety equipment and strictly follow basic workplace safety rules. As a manufacturing site operated with a small number of personnel, smooth cooperation between processes and basic Korean communication skills for work are helpful.
