Business Areas

• Mass Flow Controller (MFC) and Mass Flow Meter (MFM) Business: We primarily produce Mass Flow Controllers (MFCs) that precisely control the flow rate of various process gases used in semiconductor deposition and etching processes, and Mass Flow Meters (MFMs) that measure flow rates. To meet the complex and minute process requirements of our clients, we develop and supply various models such as PI-MFCs, which are insensitive to pressure changes, and PS-MFCs, which control flow rate based on pressure.
