💡 A Word from JOBPLOY
In the facility greenhouse agriculture sector, it is important to maintain basic physical stamina as tasks such as seedling management, cultivation, and harvesting must be performed continuously in environments with high internal temperatures and humidity. A mindset of carefully observing crop growth, adhering to safety protocols, and communicating smoothly with colleagues is very helpful for adapting to practical work.
