• Semiconductor Equipment Enclosure (Semicon. Mfgr. Eq. Enclosure): This is an enclosure featuring a unique shield structure designed to shield radiation generated during the operation of semiconductor equipment, such as ion implanters. It is supplied to global semiconductor companies, including Varian (USA) and Applied Materials.
