• Benefits: A 5-day work week is standard (normal work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month, off on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays). For production workers, an annual salary of 33.6 million KRW or more has been offered, and for double glazed glass workers, an annual salary of 48 million KRW (negotiable for new hires) has been presented.
