💡 A Word from JOBPLOY
Coastal gillnet fishing mainly consists of handling nets at sea and sorting the catch, so physical fitness management and adherence to onboard safety rules are important. It is recommended to have an understanding of fishing schedule changes due to weather variations and collaborative work on board. JOBPLOY recommends this.
