Business Areas

• Defense industry parts: We develop and produce suspension and hydraulic/control system parts for K2 and K1 tanks and wheeled armored vehicles. In addition, we supply high-reliability special parts such as fuel control valves and pumps for aircraft auxiliary power units and guided weapon systems.
• Power equipment parts: We manufacture actuator (CB Mechanism) parts for gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) installed in indoor and outdoor power plants and substations. We apply precision parts machining technology to safely and quickly cut off ultra-high voltage currents.
• Automotive and machine tool parts: We machine high-precision mechanical parts for automotive power transmission and hydraulic components, as well as machine tools, semiconductors, and robot equipment. We have a mass production system for various precision parts through multi-axis machining lines.

Products

• Hydraulic and suspension parts for tanks and armored vehicles: These are core hydraulic cylinder, valve, and suspension parts that support the driving stability and chassis control of ground combat equipment on rough terrain. We have maximized durability and precision to ensure precise operation even in extreme environments.
• Parts for ultra-high voltage gas-insulated switchgear actuators: These are core actuator mechanism parts for gas-insulated switchgear used for line protection in power generation and transmission/distribution facilities. They are machined with precision tolerances to ensure rapid and accurate operation under high pressure.
• Hydraulic valve and pump parts for aircraft engines and missiles: These are oil supply pump parts for aircraft auxiliary power and turbofan engines, as well as fuel supply and shut-off valve parts for missile propellants. We supply these by ultra-precision machining of special hard-to-cut materials such as Inconel and titanium.

• Multi-axis complex machining facilities and ultra-precision machining technology: Equipped with MCT 5-axis mass production lines and CNC complex machining centers, we can manage precision tolerances within 0.001mm. In addition to aluminum, we have the capability to machine high-difficulty special materials such as Inconel, titanium, and Invar.
• One-stop production process from raw materials to finished products: We have established an in-house integrated process ranging from MCT and CNC lathe machining to grinding, wire cutting, electrical discharge machining (EDM), and assembly lines. This allows us to realize shorter lead times, quality, and cost competitiveness that meet customer requirements.
• Systematic quality management system (IPO system): We aim for zero-defect quality by introducing a 3-stage IPO quality assurance system (Incoming, Process, Outgoing quality) and 3D measuring instruments.
