Business Areas

• Manufacturing and Supply of Ultra-precision Embossing Dies: We design, manufacture, and supply embossing dies that precisely die-cut various materials such as OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive film) for smartphones and functional films for displays. Molds are produced through ultra-precision machining in micrometer (㎛) units according to customer specifications, making them critical components that directly impact the quality and yield of finished products.
• Development of Rotary Die Systems: We are leading the market by developing rotary die systems that can maximize productivity, in addition to existing flat embossing dies. Using cylindrical dies, materials can be cut, and continuous cutting of various shapes is possible, contributing to precise cut surface quality and improved productivity.
• Mold Surface Treatment Technology: We possess surface treatment technology to extend mold life and enhance performance. High-hardness coating increases die-cutting life, and improved release properties and corrosion resistance maintain the overall excellent quality of the molds.

• Flat Embossing Dies (Flexible Dies): These are molds with blade shapes used for die-cutting (converting) various flexible materials. They are produced by etching steel plates with thicknesses from 0.6mm to 5mm according to the required shape, followed by CNC precision machining, and are applied in various industries such as electronics, electrical, automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, labels, stickers, and sheets.
• Rotary Embossing Dies (Rotary Dies): Cylindrical molds are produced through CNC precision machining and cut materials while rotating. They are utilized in various applications such as electrical and electronics, automotive, medical and pharmaceutical, labels, stickers, and sheets.
• Support Dies: These are auxiliary molds used with flat and rotary embossing dies, playing an essential role in precise molding operations.
