Daewon NB Pol Co., Ltd. is a small and medium-sized enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of flame-retardant Styrofoam and architectural insulation materials, headquartered in Chilgok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. We focus on developing and mass-producing semi-non-combustible EPS insulation boards with enhanced fire safety, supplying them to exterior panel manufacturers and construction sites. Based on continuous research and development, we produce insulation materials that meet strengthened architectural fire safety standards while also engaging in the leasing business.

"Daewon NB Pol, opening the future of building safety and cities, supplies eco-friendly, semi-non-combustible insulation materials that are fire-safe and offer superior workability and cost-efficiency, based on our water-soluble eco-friendly semi-non-combustible resin coating technology."

Business Areas

• Manufacturing and sales of semi-non-combustible EPS insulation: We produce Styrofoam boards using special semi-non-combustible resin coating technology and supply them to the architectural exterior and interior insulation markets. We stably supply these construction materials, which meet legal fire safety standards, to large panel companies and construction firms.
• Synthetic resin foam molding and asset leasing: We perform the manufacturing of high-performance flame-retardant cushioning materials and panel cores through a polystyrene foam molding process. Along with this, we operate a real estate leasing business utilizing our owned facilities and factory assets.

Products

• NB Pol Board (Semi-non-combustible Styrofoam Board): A high-performance insulation board that suppresses fire spread by specially coating EPS particles with a water-soluble eco-friendly semi-non-combustible resin. By using non-halogenated raw materials, it minimizes toxic gas emissions during fires and provides excellent insulation and workability.
• Flame-retardant Styrofoam and panel materials: A line of flame-retardant Styrofoam products used for building exterior finishes and as cores for sandwich panels. It supports energy savings and safe construction through excellent lightweight properties and insulation efficiency.

Special Notes

• Technical expertise in passing 4 types of full-scale fire tests: We have proven our top-tier flame-retardant performance and reliability in the domestic market by passing the rigorous 4 types of full-scale fire tests in the field of architectural exterior panels.
• Eco-friendly raw materials and excellent construction convenience: By applying eco-friendly flame-retardant technology that reduces the risk of toxic gases while maintaining the lightweight and cutting characteristics of existing EPS, we offer excellent on-site workability and cost-efficiency.
