Business Areas

• CNC Gas Cutting and Steel Plate Processing: We specialize in profile flame cutting of thick steel plates ranging from 9mm to 300mm in thickness. Through precision cutting equipment, we quickly supply raw material processed products in various specifications required by customers.
• Industrial Machinery and Plant Equipment Manufacturing: We manufacture machine frames, trolleys, and pipe fabrication structures used in major industrial facilities such as steel, power generation, and secondary batteries. Based on high-level welding and assembly technology, we produce customized equipment by specification.
• Heat Treatment (Annealing), Shot Blasting, and Painting: We possess a large 50-ton annealing furnace, a shot room, and liquid and powder painting booths to improve the durability of finished products and perform surface treatment. We systematically carry out post-processing steps following cutting and pipe fabrication in-house.

Products

• Plant and Industrial Machinery Structures: These are core pipe fabrication structures for large industrial facilities, such as Bogie parts for steel mill mobile equipment, trolley flat structural materials, and equipment chambers and frames. They are manufactured through robust welding quality and precision measurement.
• Thick Plate Profile Gas Cut Products: These are steel intermediate materials made by profile processing carbon steel and special steel plates according to specifications using CNC gas cutting machines. They are supplied as base plates and structural parts for large mechanical equipment.
• Surface Processing and Painting Products: These are anti-corrosive and corrosion-resistant metal parts that have had surface impurities removed by shot blasting and have been coated with liquid or powder paint according to standards. We supply high-quality finished products that have undergone heat treatment (annealing) to remove residual stress.
