• Precision cleaning of semiconductor components: We provide technology that precisely removes foreign substances generated in semiconductor processes to maintain component performance and ensure the quality of semiconductor production. We possess cleaning technology capable of responding to 1.4nm ultra-fine processes (Node) and have established specialized cleaning technology capable of handling even complex SiC components.
• Ultra-high-density coating of semiconductor components: We provide technology that enhances component durability and strengthens process stability by reducing particle problems that may occur during production through special coatings suitable for semiconductor processes. • Ultra-precision dry cleaning SECO™ technology: This is a 3rd generation dry cleaning technology developed to solve environmental pollution and moisture residue problems in semiconductor chambers that occur with conventional wet cleaning methods. It minimizes operator intervention and allows free control of surface cleaning according to process conditions, enabling efficiency and ultra-precision cleaning.
• eXtreme™ coating technology: This is an ultra-high-density coating technology that maximizes the durability of semiconductor process parts and minimizes particle problems that may occur during production. It enhances the stability of semiconductor production processes by advancing 3rd generation ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) coating technology for 2nm.
• SiC component specialized cleaning technology: We possess specialized technology for precision cleaning of SiC (silicon carbide) material components with complex structures. Based on this technology, we were selected as '2025 BEST SUPPLIER' by TCK.
