Products

• IC Trays: These are semiconductor-specific manufacturing process and transport auxiliary materials designed to protect semiconductor devices from various physical and environmental factors such as static electricity, electromagnetic waves, heat, and shock. They are used across memory and non-memory PKG, and applied in various applications such as smartphones, automotive electronics, and displays.
• Carrier Tapes: They protect electrical and electronic components from physical damage and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) from external factors during transportation. They are also used for packaging for SMD (Surface Mount Device) mounting.
• Compound: This is a composite material with electrostatic dissipative function used for various electronic component packaging applications such as IC Tray, Spacer Reel, Carrier Tape (Sheet), and Bakeable Reel. Based on self-developed materials, it allows for surface resistance control and heat resistance, and can provide various colors and grades tailored to customer requirements.
