Changwoo RS Oksan Branch is a company specializing in the sorting and recycling of waste paper cartons, located in Oksan-myeon, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. We operate a resource circulation business that reproduces paper raw materials through inspection, manual sorting, and compression processes for general cartons such as milk cartons and aseptic cartons. Based on a cooperative network with local governments and major dairy and paper companies, we have established a stable waste resource collection and recycling system.

Business Areas

• Paper carton sorting and compression processing: Collected waste paper cartons are separated into general cartons and aseptic cartons through manual and mechanical sorting lines and inspected. The sorted raw materials are compressed and banded to be processed and shipped to the specifications for delivery to paper companies.
• Waste consignment processing and resource circulation system establishment: We enter into consignment contracts with local governments and dairy factories to stably collect and process paper carton resources. We contribute to increasing the recycling rate of waste resources by cooperating with the Korea Resource Circulation Service Agency and the Korea Aseptic Carton Recycling Association.
