• Vacuum Coating Equipment Manufacturing: We design and manufacture various industrial vacuum coating facilities, including Roll-to-Roll (R2R) and In-Line vacuum deposition equipment. We supply customized equipment optimized for production lines in various high-tech industries such as displays, touch films, energy, and electronic devices.
• Deposition Process and Pre-evaluation Services: To support our clients' new product development and initial business investments, we provide thin-film deposition testing and pre-evaluation services. Products

• R2R Vacuum Deposition System: This is a high-vacuum deposition system using the roll-to-roll method that continuously coats thin films onto polymer and metal film substrates. Equipped with high-efficiency productivity and precise tension and temperature control technology, it is used for the production of electronic devices and functional films.
• In-Line and Cluster Coating Equipment: This is a vacuum deposition facility capable of mass production and uniform thin-film formation by applying a continuous substrate transport structure. It is used for surface treatment and functional thin-film formation of industrial products and semiconductor/display components.
• Plasma Surface Treatment and Deposition Sources: These are Linear Ion Beam Sources (LIS) and Magnetron Sputter Sources that assist in substrate surface cleaning, activation, and thin-film deposition. By creating an optimal plasma environment according to the process purpose, they maximize the adhesion of the coating layer and the quality of the thin film.
