BI Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1991 and specializes in manufacturing gas and fire detection systems. It provides comprehensive disaster prevention solutions required for high-risk industrial environments such as ships, offshore plants, and petrochemical factories, and employs approximately 30 people.

"BI Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1991 based on a trading business and converted to a joint-stock company in 1999. Over time, we have imported and exported industrial and marine measuring equipment, including ship brokerage, marine equipment, and gas detectors. In 1997, we developed the first portable standard gas for gas detector calibration in Korea and obtained a patent. Since 1998, we have been developing and producing fixed gas detection systems, smoke detectors for boilers, and water ingress alarm devices for ship cargo holds, supplying them to major domestic corporations. Since 2005, we have been developing and selling fire detection systems for ships, and in 2009, we completed the development of a new fire alarm device, BDS-4000, and obtained domestic and international certifications."
