• Semiconductor Test Socket Business: We primarily produce test sockets, which are consumable components that connect chips and test equipment in the test process, a core component of the semiconductor back-end process. In particular, we boast a high market share and technological prowess in the field of CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) test sockets, a key component of smartphone cameras.
• Automated Inspection Equipment Business: We develop and supply equipment that automatically inspects the circuit patterns and electrical characteristics of electronic components, such as Flexible Printed Circuit Boards (FPCBs). By incorporating our proprietary vision system and automatic alignment correction technology, we dramatically improve the accuracy and speed of inspection.
• Core Test Components Business: We design and manufacture core components in-house, such as probe pins and pogo pins used in test sockets and equipment. Additionally, we focus on the manufacturing of automated camera module inspection equipment and FPCB assemblies (AF, OIS, Coil, etc.).
