AI Conversation Design and Persona Design: Plan personas for AI voice agents (such as Bixby) and chatbots, and design conversational styles and VUX/VUI (voice/visual user experiences) tailored to user characteristics.
Data Construction: We specialize in building corpora for artificial intelligence learning and planning natural language generation (NLG), and carry out projects for public institutions such as the National Institute of the Korean Language.
Global Service: We have multilingual dialogue design capabilities in Korean, English, French, German, and Italian, and are based in the US, Shanghai, Berlin, and Paris.
