How to issue a certificate of identity verification (for foreign workers)

[Certificate of Signature] is a document with the same effect as a seal certificate and is used in various places such as contracts, loans, and administrative work.
We provide guidance on both in-person and online methods so that foreign workers can easily obtain the certificate when needed.
📝 Instructions on how to issue
① Visit to the community center for issuance *Recommended
- Visit your local community center (township, township, or district office) with your identification card (alien registration card, etc.)
- Direct signing in electronic signature system
- Fill in the information such as purpose of use and agent
- Certificate of confirmation issued after confirmation by a public official
② Government 24 online issuance
- After accessing the Government24 website, log in.
- Select the 'Issue Electronic Signature Confirmation' menu
- Identity verification using a joint certificate, mobile phone, etc.
After entering the required information , electronically sign and print
📌 Note
- It has the same effect as a seal certificate and has legal effect.
- An issuance fee may apply.
- The certificate is printed for verification purposes , and actual use must be confirmed upon submission.
- Electronic certificates are valid for up to four years and can be renewed before their expiration date.
