Detailed work requirements

Main duties
We provide daily living support, including assistance with eating and medication, excretion, movement and exercise, and cleaning and laundry, as well as emotional support.
Observe and report any abnormal symptoms in the elderly and relay them to superiors.
We prioritize preventing safety accidents and respecting human rights and privacy.
We prepare for safety accidents by ensuring the safety of the elderly at night and conducting facility inspections at least three times.
